Packing instructions for moving overseas

I'm looking for packing instructions for moving overseas. We plan to send a crate or two to Panama, and I have no idea how to pack my belongings for shipping by sea.

There is no definative guide specific to packing international overseas household goods shipments into overseas freight containers that I am aware of. Despite my many years of experience in the relocation industry, I know of no such documentation that is available. For such a move it is best to hire a professional mover who has experience in internation packing and shipping to perform this service for you.
